SampleCheck can detect the consequences of pipetting errors, contaminations with other DNA and if samples have been interchanged. A pipetting error for example could cause equal DNA profiles being detected for different customers. A contamination with DNA of a coworker could cause a customer's profile being equal to this coworker's profile. If samples were interchanged there could be an exclusion in a test although there is no exclusion in fact.
